Shipping

All products are sent by us using Royal Mail or a courier service of our choice. We check all orders before despatch in order to make every endeavour that your order arrives as specified, timeously and in perfect condition.

Orders are processed during office hours Monday-Friday 8am-4pm. Orders made after 2pm may be dispatched the following working day.

All parcels are normally sent 1st class with signed for delivery. Heavy items may be sent via courier. Please note that the majority of our orders do arrive the following day but 1st class post can be anything from 1-3 working days as stated by Royal Mail.

Any items sent using Royal Mail are subject to Royal Mail's terms, conditions and exceptions and can be found on the Royal Mail website.

Any items sent by courier are subject to the terms and conditions of the courier company.
